MY PRACTICE

Welcome! My name is Jessica Oakley Nunziata and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. 

I have the honor of providing in person sessions, in North Palm Beach, as well as virtual sessions to teens and adults. 

In 2009 I graduated from the University of South Florida with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I decided to further my ability to help others by returning in 2018 to Nova Southeastern University where I attained my Masters in Mental Health Counseling.

 I have worked within different roles providing support to individuals in residential facilities working on substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. I have experience in working with individuals and families towards their therapeutic goals.

Together, we will challenge negative beliefs and nurture positive ones, fostering healthier behaviors in line with your core values, leading to a more fulfilling life.

My extensive experience spans across various age groups and backgrounds, encompassing specialties such as substance use treatment, relapse prevention, codependency, depression, grief/loss, history of past trauma of sexual/physical/emotional abuse, anxiety, and self-care strategies. Becoming a mother myself has introduced me to my passion for Maternal Mental Health by supporting other mother's through the unique experience of motherhood.

 I utilize evidenced based trainings of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Together, we will embark on a transformative journey towards achieving your personal goals and well-being.
